I just redeemed a gift card and got 1 month of Premium on wrong user. When I came to the redeem page it asked me to log in so I logged in to mini905 but I got it on my fake fb spotify user and I dont have my playlists and so on there. Can you please fix this asap...

 

I really hope I could reset the time of the premium due to this. (I redemeed today 5th of December 2013 in Tønsberg norway)

The email for mini905 is <<SNIP>> wich I cannot acces cause I need a code thing wich is sent to my school email  wich wont recieve.

Ive had that problem on my steam account too.

Hey @mini905 ! Welcome to the community 🙂

 

Firstly, I am going to hide that email address from the public just to stop you from getting any spam.

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to get that premium swapped over to the right account for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
