Why was I charged $10.59

Why was I charged $10.59

I just looked over my bank statements and have been chared $10.59 to my spotify account. Ive never used my visa on my spotify and would like to know how long this has beeing going on and Id like my money back. I dont have premuim at all either i still have commercials. How can i fix this please let me know asap
