Wrong card charged

Wrong card charged

Spotify charged the wrong card assigned to my account.  Yes I changed the card information but it charged me anyway.  That account is now overdrafted.  Is there anyway I can have the money refunded?  I messaged Spotify but they have failed to respond to me yet, can anyone help me?

Since this is a billing query getting in touch with the team directly, as you have done, is the best way to get it sorted. 

Someone should get back to you within 48 hours, if not post your case number here and I will escalate it to the community team for you.
