This board is mainly for community support only, but it is monitored by the community team. All billing queries need to go through the contact form purely for your own personal information security.
Did you get an automated email reply when you submitted your contact form? If so, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and an agent will get back to you.
