You are charging my credit card and I don't know why

I haven't used your service as I remember. I need for you to stop charging my credit card.

My first guess is that you may have accidentally signed up to Premium. Try logging in with any details you tend to use online. There are a few ways to sign up, for example, with email, phone number, Facebook, Apple, or Google. Try logging in with these to find your account.
