Hey there

Here's what we got from you: I'm being charged Aud$17.99 per month and am on the free sub. did have family but cancelled. got charged 17.99 24/1/17 - Transaction ID 4a115654-57e2-e611-9c36-005056963182 got charged 17.99 24/2/17 - Transaction ID 2026197a-affa-e611-bca9-005056963182 I've never signed in via Fb. checked my spotify thru the library and it came up with the usernames provided to you above. all up 17.99 + 17.99 = 35.98 = please repay back into my account asap please. cheers rod

Hey @nmfc75,

 

The Spotify Support team usually replies within 24-48 hours.

 

If you still have not gotten a reply:

 

    • Did you get a confirmation email from the contact form? It should be similar to "Spotify Support Case #XXXXXXX". If so, reply back to that email and tell them you still need help.
    • If you got an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the Community, you need to reply back to it saying you still need help, even if it's from a no-reply address.
    • If you never got an email, look in your spam folder to see if there is an email in there. Make sure you are checking the email account you used to sign up to Spotify. You can check your accounts email address here.

did as you said to do and replied to email provided upon initial contact

I’m at a wits end on this
i find it most difficult to gain clear contact with spotify staff
