My Question or Issue

i got logged out of my spotify account on both my phone and PC yesterday. i then tried my passwords which weren’t working and when i tried to reset it didn’t recognise my email. finally got the link to reset but the new password doesn’t work. gave it a day to see if it was a technical issue but nothing has changed and can’t reset my password again as the email isn’t coming through. made this account to see if anything looked weird on my old profile but it all looks normal.

Can you open an incognito window on your PC? Then you can click here to reset your password.

We'd suggest you also follow these steps to make sure that you don't have another account. If that doesn't help, you can check this info.
