can't log in to the app - only to the website

can't log in to the app - only to the website

Hi guys, 

I've cancelled my account a year ago, re-joined 4 days ago to a premium account but can't log in to the app on my iphone or my mac. I'm travelling tomorrow and am desperate to get my account working befoe I go - can someone help me?

That doesn't sound quite right.

Have you tried to use your username instead of your email address in the login process?
