My Question or Issue

The problem is that I can't sign-up with my gmail. It always "This email is already connected to an account. Log in". and when I go to log-in it says "You do not have a Spotify account connected to your Google Account. If you have a Spotify account, please try log in with your Spotify email or username. If you do not have a Spotify account, please sign up.". What should I do? I will appreciate any type of assistance

Hey @IntelliMove, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

If you have a Gmail account that is connected to another Spotify account in any way, that may be why you're unable to sign up using that email. If you recently deleted an account, keep in mind that you will not be able to use the same email address until 7-30 days after account deletion. 

 

If none of this applies to you, try signing up using a different browser or private window here. Please send screenshots of any error messages you receive, making sure that you hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.

The webpage is saying "Something went wrong, try reloading the page". I reloaded the page, but nothing seems to change. Any help?

Hey @IntelliMove,

 

Thanks for the screenshot. Try clearing your browsing history and cache, and try it again. If it doesn't work, could you try this using a different network connection? If you're still having trouble, let me know if this happens when you use the desktop application or the mobile app.
