I thought i canceled my subscription last month. Only to be charged again this month. I tried again to cancel and it tells me to enter my password to finalize cancellation. When i enter password it brings me to a screen to download program. I emailed customer service and got a response in another language. Please someone help me cancel this horrible app and hopefully get some money back. This app should be free for everyone. It sucks
