hi i am already longtime customer at spotify and had nothing to complain about. I want to add my wife and my son for Family account, but unfortunately I always get the message whoops there is a fault occurred .. why is that?

Hey @casimirus,


Can you try inviting them by sending them an invitation link instead of sending them an Email Invite?

I had tried both by email and via link. both does not work.

Can you please tell me the exact error message? If possible, please post a screenshot of it :).
