frustrated--cannot cancel premium, being charged and still says free

frustrated--cannot cancel premium, being charged and still says free

I am trying to cancel premium subscription. Account info says i have free subscripion. Have uninstalled and reinstalled, done all steps on the help page. Just want to cancel and stop being charged. No info to contact Spotify to fix it. Please help!

Hey there @m_west217, welcome to the community!

 

Are you being charged directly from Spotify or a third party? If it's from a third party, like iTunes, then you would need to contact that provider directly - please see Apple's instructions for canceling. If it's from Spotify you may have a duplicate account, try logging in with your Facebook to see if that's an account that's getting charged. If not, then contact the payments team through the online contact form and they can help locate your account. If you receive an automated e-mail directing you back to the community, just reply to it and you should hear back from a representative within 24-48 hours.
