hacked, slow support?

hacked, slow support?

So i got hacked 2 weeks ago and used the contact thingie to contact you guys but no answer, so i made another and waited 1 week again and then made another. So ive mailed you guys 3 times now with my problem but still no answer.. I want my spotify back, not fun to pay premium for another person 🙂

Any chance you guys could look into my case also? Hacked, but I was able to login through my facebook, but I can't change my email address or password without knowing what the infiltrator changed it to.  Case #01081784.

@bdelcamp - How long ago did you get in touch? If you could reply directly to the automated email reply (if you haven't already done so) someone will definitely get back to you asap.

I contacted yesterday, and replied to the automated email. I know it's only been a day (my anxiety gets the better of me sometimes) but not too sure what a normal timeframe is. Thanks 🙂

Normally within 24 hours, but hacked accounts might be dealt with by a specialist team. If you don't hear anything back today, give us a shout here and we can escalate it further for you.
