First time here. Is there a help section on the spotify website for ''other'' questions, or specific questions? Rather than just categories of faq? If so, I can't find it. Can one 'chat' with their support team? Or, is this community forum the place to come for help?

Welcome to the community! Yes there is an Other catefory for questions and thread unrelevant to solving issues. A live chat room would be an excellent idea wish there was one!
