Hey @Conrad7, welcome to the Spotify Community!

Let’s figure out what happened.

If the charges occurred around the same time, it's possible that any extra charges are only 'pending' and won't complete, meaning no money will actually leave your account. Please double check those charges on your bank statement and compare the dates with the Spotify charges on your account profile.

But if the charges occurred on different dates, this means you likely have more than one Spotify account. Enter any email addresses you use into the password reset form. If there's an account associated with it, Spotify will let you know in your email inbox.

Tip: you can look for an email with the subject “Reset your password” and then follow the steps to recover your account. Don't forget to check your email inboxes, including any spam or junk folders, for emails from Spotify. If you have any, it’s likely there’s an account associated with that email address.

Once you've checked your email addresses and found any of the above, you can use that email address to log in.

If you aren't sure of your account's password, continue to reset the account’s password, then use that email address and the new password to log in.

Let me know if this helps!
