i dont know what gmail did i link to my spotify account

so i logged out of my account and then tried 3 diffrent emails and none of them work so i tried to do it with my username and it didnt work now im lost and idk what to do can someone help me pls this is my alt account and i dont have any playlists on it 😞 if somone helps me tnx a lot
