yes i checked but theres nothing there my bank sent me a messag stating 1/3 You have paid P9.00 GCash to Spotify 258756766089-1 on 03-06-16 04:28 PM. Your new balance is P**,***.**. Ref. No. 1424753269. For your protection, please until now i am not premium and yet i was already deducted.

You may not be elligible for P9/month Intro offer if you will use Gcash. You need to use credit card or paypal account to settle it. Make sure that your Spotify account was not a Premium before and wasn't used for any intro offer.

they shouldnt have deducted me then. is refund possible? it may be P9 only but im afraid it will happen to others. if the payment wasnt successful then they shouldnt have deduct me what would be that deduction for?
