Could you tell us more details about what is going on?
Is this regarding login issues and could you share with us a screenshot of what you're seeing on your end?

Hi,

I'm also having this problem.

I subscribed to the premium today and now cannot access from the app in my phone. I can only access on my computer.

I rebooted my phone as well, and have used:

  1. my email address
  2. my email address (minus the domain name)
  3. my username.

The image attached is what I get every time.

Thanks for the post.

 

Can you try doing a clean reinstall of the app, by following this guide? It's possible that this issue is caused by some corrupted app cache, which should be cleared that way.
