hi

 

its no so much login issues but still about that,

 

i have a virgin media tivo box and an android huawei u8510 and also a win 7 netbook all with the spotify program

 

i can launch spotify on the tivo and it will say that i am logged in on another device when my phone isnt on and the netbook is shutdown

 

same thing for the tivo i could be logged out of the tivo app and the netbook will suddenly say you have logged in on another device and same for the huawie

 

is it me or is my account being accessed by another person?

 

thanks for any help 🙂

Hey,

This does sound a little odd, and shouldn't really be happening. We can disconnect all devices if you'd like, just in case there isn't one device being left on, causing problems. It will mean you'll need to re-sync your offline tunes on your Android though.

Just in case it is being accessed by another person, I'd suggest a change of password. You'll be able to change it here: www.spotify.com/account/profile/

Let us know if you'd like us to disconnect those devices.

Hi swt4ajp- No problem, I've just removed those devices for you.

Hey,
