lost all saved music etc. by switching from free to premium duo

My Question or Issue

switched from my own premium to free to a premium duo account now all my personalized library, saved music, playlists etc is gone. 

IPhone and webplayer show the same; its not an iphone issue. Nevertheless did a clean install on the Iphone with no change of outcome.

 

Can somebody help me?
