my account dosn't exist

Some years ago i've created a spotify account which I recently tried to log into with my phone, however none of my passwords worked/I've forgotten my password, so after that I got the email to reset my password but when i tapped on it, it instantly said it was expired. I then tried to reset my password on my laptop but it says that neither my username nor my email are connected to any accounts. I don't know what else I could try, help would be much appreciated.
