my account is deleted !!! Help

My account is gone I can not log in at all neither via my correct password or my Facebook ?

further I've got an email that stated that have ended my account ! And it stops 20170725

please help I don't want to loose my profile with thousands of tracks playlist an d albums !,

ive sent several support emails and only got useless answers .

please Spotify provide me with phone support or an email with a single real person with a name that I could have this conversation with !.

i'm desperate and I must have imidiate help within 5 minutes

Solved , support claimed that my account had been used by some unauthorised party , I don't believe this actually happened .

I restored with my old password etc as I can't easily change it .

the only thing I did was removing offline devices from my account .

and I tried to log on with Facebook instead of my real password while driving in my car

i changed phone recently and been travelling using Spotify from my iPad etc .

and recently reached download limits on my phone etc
