my account is due to be deactivated HELP!!

my account is about to be deactivated due to no payment being received yet there is more than enough money in my bank.
I have had an upgrade on my bank account which my be causing a problem, however I was assured the banking details should remain the same and all payments should be as normal.
However it would seem spotify can not take the payment and now I'm to be deactivated within a few days.
please help.
