my account was erased

ok i had spotify for a couple of years and had spotify premium family and now it wouldn't sign me into my account then spotify sends me a confirm your account email and when i did that my account lost everything including my premium what the heck is going on...

I am stuck in the same boat. I opened up spotify earlier on my desktop and it was logged out for some reason. I had to enter email and password , but the password wasnt working for some reason so I had to change password.

In the email they gave me a random Username and when I logged into spotify all my playlists and everything was deleted and it was on a Spotify free account even though my account is premium?

I have been using Spotify premium for over 4 years and this has never happened before!
