my old account that i have been using for years suddenly got deleted

I was going on Spotify because I found a new artist to listen to yesterday (3rd Sept)

and today (4th Sept), I was logged out both on my phone and my laptop (and maybe my console as well) and when I tried to log back in, I couldn't; even when I reset my password, it still brought up the "username/email is not correct" so when I tried searching my profile on my backup account, I couldn't see my profile so I'm suspecting that Spotify deleted my account for no reason even though I've been using for years and have >1,200 liked songs on it. Is there any way I could recover my account?
