Spotify says; you can't change your account within 12 months ?

Hey there,

 

Thanks for reaching out.

 

In that case, they've already switched from one Premium Duo/Family plan to another within the last 12 months, meaning they were part of two plans as a member.


They'll be able to join another plan in 12 months from the date they last switched plans.
