no puedo afiliar mi gmail

ayuda intento afiliar mi cuenta de spotify con mi gmail pero me aparece que la cuenta esta en uso, ese correo si estaba registrada anteriormente en spotify pero ya comprobé que se elimino correctamente la anterior cuenta hace meses, incluso cuando lo intento en incognito tampoco se puede registrar con ese correo en cuestión no se como solucionarlo
