hello, I have a big problem,
when I choose a music and click play, all it's ok, but there are no sounds. I don't understand why. all it's ok there are just no sound. I have try in youtube, and the sounds it's ok. it's happends just with spotify.
if someone have a solution at my problem, please help me.

Ensure that the volume in the Client is at a hearable level. The in-app volume adjuster looks like this:
It is to the right of the Play/Pause/Fast Foward buttons.
If that is not the cause of the issue attempt to open the windows 7 volume control from the task bar (the speaker icon near to the clock). Click on the text that says "mixer".
Then check to see if Spotify is muted here:
