I want to upgrade to premium. When i clikc on it. it says oh no there is something wrong. Try again. But i try and try. Nothing works. What is this??
I'm trying to get premium, but when I click on get premium It keeps saying. Something wen't wrong, try again later. No further info or anything, only thing I can do is go back. I tried this in the app on my phone on the site, everywhere it says the same thing.
Same here - need to upgrade - going on a weekend trip away in an hour! Sill me for leaving it till the last minute! ๐

I've tried multiple browsers as well - IE, Firefox and Chrome. Also logged out and in multiple times via app and phone.

After switching to another telecom provider my spotify premium account automatically stopped working. However, Spotify is giving me a very hard time to help them earn money.. Everytime I click upgrade to premium I get this:

Hello there! My payment option for premium just ran out, and I have received a new credit card that I would like to replace the old one with. When I try to do so on the website (Spotify.com) I get a error message. It says "Oh no! Something went wrong, but don't be sad you can try again a little bit later". I really want my spotify premium back, but it wont let me change my payment options!!

Experiencing the same issue. I have been trying to update my billing details for at least a week now. I keep seeing this same error message across multiple platforms and browsers. All the while, I get messages from Spotify counting down the days until I lost my Premium access... 2 days to go.
