premium free for 2 months not available?

the newest advertisement says, that if you buy premium now, you will get 2 more months for free, but when I click on that button a message pops up, which says (poorly translated from german): "that reduced article is not available for you. But you can upgrade to premium either way"
Can I use that offer or not, and if not, why?

Unfortunately this holiday offer is only for new customers. Users that have never been on a 7-/30-/60-day trial or subscribed to premium before. So if you ever had the chance to test premium features, you are not one of these candidates.

That is not nice, and a customer stops premium you won't get him back this way.

I have de same problem, i think nice 2 month for free will pay again for premium.

Say this than with you action, so all costumers onther stand it
Now i think to go to another provider.

Only new costumers get additional, and the ones how has try it are scruwed

False. It requires credit card information. At least for me. So this 2 months probably will cost you all money in your bank account . 🙂

hi! i see on the app that i can have 2 months of free trial period for the individual subscription. but on my page on website it provides me just 1 month. what is the reason? why are there different information, if i use the same account. thank you in advance
