premium subscription not working

Hi,  I downloaded a 48 hour premium subscription and have been using it on my laptop and ipod touch.  It ran out so I downloaded the offer of a 30 day free premium trial - added my credit card details etc and on the laptop it says it is up and running til 29th Sept.  However - preumium  won't work on my ipod touch or the laptop.  I received a message saying you can't use the 30 day trial if you have already used the 48 hour one.  I've tried  to subscribe as a paying customer but the system won't let me.  When I unsubscribe my 30 day free sub and try to pay for a subscription I'm back on the free trial - which won't work.  Thanks for your help.  I sooo want to listen to some great music on my day off.  🙂

I am having a similar problem.  I regestered for Spotify premium today, and it works great on my Droid RZR, but my computer will not register the upgrade. What should I do?

Hey there!

There is some fault with servers, so updating to paid account is slow. Apologize for that.

However all of you should receive Premium or Unlimited update soon.

You can also try clearing your cache in Spotify or Log out and then Log in back trick in Spotify from File.

I have no option of clear cache on my iPhone app and I downloaded the free 30 and it's not working! Also logged out 5 times and it still will not work!!
