receiving a message that I haven't paid for december while I already paid?

receiving a message that I haven't paid for december while I already paid?

I paid for the month of december and I have a proof on my bank statement that the money has been taken off. But I keep receiveing a message on Spotify that I havent paid yet, why? How can I fix this?

Thanks for reaching out. 

 

Check your receipts page and make sure that this isn't just a case of some payment getting billed later than expected and thus creating the illusion that you were charged twice in the same month. If the November payment failed several times and was ultimately charged in December, it will still cover the November period and not the December one.
