spotify abroad

spotify abroad

I live in England as military abroad from America - I've had my Spotify account since I got to England. On Thursday, I went to the Canary Islands and I'm still there now - my Spotify is a premium account, for a while. And it worked when I got here AND the last time I was in the Canary Islands, then I don't know if it is because I shut my phone off (restarted) but it would not let me log in through Facebook and gave me **bleep** from email log in, once I finally logged in, my premium was gone, and awaiting trial for some reason while it should still be active since I never stopped it, it gave me the spotify abroad pop up and I have no clue what to do, any advice?

Hey, I believe Spotify only works for 14 days outside your home country for both Free and Premium accounts. If Spotify detects that you're accessing the service from a different country, it may stop working. For Free accounts, your playlists and songs will be grayed out unless you access Spotify from the country listed in your profile or use a VPN within those 14 days to bypass the restriction. I think the same applies to Premium accounts, and it may also remove you from a Spotify Duo or Premium Family plan, as those are intended for people living in the same country.
