spotify doesn't work

my spotify doesn't work for 2 months now, there are a few days when it works but after listening songs the next day it says that i have only 10 minutes left although i've listened 10 songs, after a week its the same again

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

I am sure you are aware, Spotify free accounts have a maximum listening time of 2.5 hours per week after your account has been registered for more than 6 months. You can read more about free account restrictions in your country here. You can see how much time you have remaining when you have less than 60 minutes of playtime left in the top right of the desktop client.

These restrictions only apply to free subscribers, so an upgrade to Spotify unlimited or premium will remove these.

If you believe you are not getting your 2.5 hours per week, then try the following:

- A clean reinstallation of the client.

- Change your password and then post on this topic and the staff will force logout anyone who is using your account (incase someone else is using your time up!)
