it says the im a free user when i just paid for the subscription 2 weeks ago

it says the im a free user when i just paid for the subscription 2 weeks ago

it says it got paid on feb. 1st and didnt have a problem until today. its telling me that i dont have premium anymore. whats going on?

it says im using spotify free.  

That is strange!

When you log into the Spotify client are all of your playlists present?

yes all of them are there. however, if i try to listen to any of them on my iphone it tells me to upgrade. on my laptop it lets me listen to the songs but a commercial comes on after every few songs

Not sure what is going on here, are you 100% sure your most recent payment went through okay?

 

You will need to get in touch with the payments team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to look into your account a little more closely. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

yes its on my bank statement and in my spotify reciepts as paid. its so odd. no issues till today. 😕 i emailed them got the automated reply so far

j81291 - Doesn't look like payment has been taken on your Facebook-created account, which may suggest you have another account out there.

Who's your Spotify Star?

i have had the same problem, i just subscribed to premium because i love spotify, but its still saying i'm a free user as well.
