Hey there @karol261,
Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.
We hope you don't mind us answering in English as this is the official language of the forum.
That being said, it's important to take into account that we charge each Premium plan once per month. If you notice multiple Spotify payments in the same month, there are a few things to check.
For starters, if you perhaps upgrade to a different plan (e.g. Premium Duo/Family), your first payment for the new plan will be charged a few days earlier than normal to make up for the new, higher monthly cost. After that, you pay once each month on (or near) the day of the first payment. We encourage you to double-check the receipts of your account to see if everything is in order.
On another note, it's possible that some of the charges you're seeing in your bank statement are pending. In that scenario, we'd recommend you check the status of the payments on your bank statement. If the payments are pending or in process, it'd also be a good idea to check with your bank to see if everything is in order with your payment method. If a regular payment fails, we try to take it again later. You may see both the failed payment and the payment that went through on your bank statement, but only one has actually been taken.
Lastly, it might be possible you may have accidentally signed up for Premium on a second account. Try logging in with any details you might have used to create an alternative account. Keep in mind there are a few ways to sign up, e.g. with email, phone number, Facebook, Apple, or Google. Try logging in with these to find out if you perhaps have another Premium account.
If you find more than one account, we'd suggest you close the ones you don't use, so you can avoid any further confusion in the future. You can follow the steps in this article to do it.
Nevertheless, remember you can always reach out to our Customer Support team, so they can help you to check your account more thoroughly. You can find out how to contact them here.
Hope this clears things up. If you have any questions or need anything else, the Community is here for you.
