Cannot change country

Cannot change country

I bought a plan and after a month i have to move to a new country. I want to change my country. 
I go to change country, it says i need to put a form of payment that is acceptable to new country. 
I go and put credit card from new country in payment method. 
" Error, this form of payment is not accepted in your country." 
Can't update to new country without form of payment -> cannot put form of payment because old country not accepted.

Thanks for reaching out.

 

In this case, you'll need to cancel your current subscription and wait for it to end. Once it has ended, you can change your country setting through the dropdown menu here.

 

Once that's done, you can subscribe to your desired plan using your payment method that's been issued in the country you're currently in at https://spotify.com/premium. Please keep in mind that you'll need to invite all members of the Premium Family plan again.

 

Instructions on how to cancel and how that affects your account can be found at https://support.spotify.com/article/cancel-premium/.
