I just cancel my premium use, I have a new plan with fido and it gives me 6 months of free premium use. How do I switch to it ? By the way you guys don't even have one email address in your website to contact someone for support. It's very inconvenient that I had to come here and open an subject in the community. I just wanted to email someone and fix my problem !! Can someone give an email address for support ?

Hello @user-removed.I believe this thread will have the answers you seek. If you continue having problems I would recommend getting in touch with Fido, as they are the ones who are managing your subscription.
