I have updated my payment information but keep getting a declined message, my card is active and has the funds needed, my account is set in the USA, and everything is set up correctly, however it won't go through and I cannot get my playlist, I am very frustrated.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

 

I would suggest you have a read at this handy FAQ.

Is your card registered in the same country as your Spotify profile? Spotify requires them to in the same country to verify where you are located. Your card also needs to be enabled for e-commerce and recurring payments.
