verification issue on personal account

i understand that spotify for artists verifies the artist profile, but i am wanting to ask if i can verify my personal account as i want people to be connected to just my personal account and not someone's else. ive gotten from support that they dont do it anymore yet i see accounts that have 18 followers and that are verified? i wouldnt assume it would take that much time to provide the necessary information so that they can know that im the person i say i am. and if really rolled out why still keep the verification for the other accounts if theyre no longer possible to get?

Thanks for reaching out.

The verified user seen in the screenshot seems to be an artist. Artist pages and user profiles used to get merged back in the days, and that's where they were verified.

A few years ago, Spotify has stopped merging those together, and existing merged artist pages and user profiles were unmerged, leaving both verified.

And yeah, the customer support folks don't really have much experience with this, as those kind of things are handled by Spotify's Creator Support team.
