Dear sportify,

 

I have used spotify in the past and wanted to use it again. I  used to log in with facebook. My facebook is not in use anymore.

My email is wrong aswell. It should be *********@gmail.com in stead of *********@mail.com. ( I assume the admins can see the email in my account so i dont have to post it here)

Now it sais my gmail account is in use but i cant log in with my gmail account. Efforts to restore are useless for spotify cant contact me with the email in my account.

Could you please deactivate my *********@gmail.com account so i can make a new one?

@Tybin you simply need to use the contact form I already gave you. Hope you get it sorted with them!

Hi @tybonius thanks for posting in the Spotify Community! 

 

If you're struggling to get back in to an old account or to make any of these changes then I'd suggest reaching out to Spotify Care through this anonymous contact form, it wont need any of your login details to get through to them.

 

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

I have tried this. The problem is that they send an email with an answer/solution to my wrong email.

I'm sure they're willing to have a conversation with you until it's sorted, don't worry! 🙂

i am sure they do. but how can they contact me if they have the wrong email?
