your taking payments when its cancelled

Hi,<br><br>I cancelled my membership on 7th Dec 2013 i was also given a refund of that months payment. However you take taken a payment again from my accout and caused me £20 in overdrawn charges and also i havw no money for my credit card bill!!<br><br>I was this sorted now and for someone to call me!
