zmiana planu - dodana osoba nie może korzystać

Dodałam córkę do planu family ,a u niej nadal nie jest to dostępna opcja, choć u mnie jest ona normalnie dodana jako członek planu- nie może z niego korzystać.

Przyjęła zaproszenie, ma konto itp.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome. Hope you don't mind me replying in English, as that's the official language of the Community!

 

If their account is successfully joined to your plan, your daughter should have all the premium features available. So in this case, it's possible that she has a different account logged into her device, or the account joined to your plan is different than the one she regularly uses. 

 

Taking this into account, we'd first recommend to your daughter to log out from the account and log back in to see if it makes any difference. Also, as it's possible that the account joined to your plan has different credentials to log in to, it's also worth suggesting to her to try with different credentials as mentioned in this article
