2020 Wrapped Story Is Not Showing Up

My Question or Issue

So as of late I've watch 2020 wrapped roll out gradually across all my friends. However, I have yet to get a 2020 wrapped story.

I got spotify back in late October and started listening since then. I've listened to plenty of songs (more than 60 minutes, which I read was needed) from more than 5 artists. 

I'm a little frustrated, as when I search up "2020 Wrapped" I get no story or playlists, even though I should have been more than active enough to get some. I've looked on all message boards, reinstalled the app a few times, and made sure it's up-to-date.

Hi! Try turning on "animations" on your phone.  They're under settings - accessibility -animations (sometimes visual effects). If your animations are turned off on your phone it prevents Spotify from bringing up the slideshow. I have a Moto X4, Android ver 9 and it shows up under Accessibility as "remove animations" and I have to unclick the box! Hope this helps

I saw this issue earlier, and it didn't help. I have never turned animations off on my phone, and turning them off (and then back on again) does not solve the problem. Thank you for the suggestion though.

This issue should be already fixed. If you're still not seeing the playlists or the stories, it's possible that we didn't have enough data to generate the experience.
