A bug in my android spotify

Hey there!

Since I change my account from premium to the duo\couple premuime and added my bf (don't know if it is connected to the broblem or not) the player is stuck showing the same song even though I put different songs.

Sometimes the player just stops the music or loading slowly songs I already downloaded 

I pay every month and hope you will fix it soon,**bleep**

Happened to me once and resetting my phone cured it. 😊

I did it and it fix it for few hours but the problem keep coming back.

 

how can I approch to the custumes service of spotify?

Thank you for your posts here in the Community. We're apologies for the late reply. We just came across this thread.

 

In this case we suggest that you perform a clean reinstall of the app. This will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.

 

If that doesn't do the trick and you have an SD card we suggest that you uninstall the app > turn off your phone > take out your SD card > turn on the phone again (without the SD card) > reinstall the app since the card can be corrupted.

 

Note: each person on the plan has to have their own accounts.
