Albums and Songs not loading

The 'albums' and 'songs' feature in the Spotify App has not worked for me for at least 6 months now. I go into albums and just get a loading screen which never loads my albums. I cannot store albums offline either. I can save them when I'm on my computer but not on my android. Phone is a GS5.

Any help appreciated.

Is there already a solution for this?
I have the same problem for already several months. I even changed smartphone to new Nexus, but still the same problem: offline albums not loading!
@Spotify: Please fix this!
