My Question or Issue

So recently every time I close the app most of my music is undownloaded. I'll open the app and all the saved playlists are at like 60 percent or not downloaded at all. Sorta defeats the purpose if I download something to listen to offline then go to listen to it later and it's gone I checked for updates re downloaded the app this was never a problem before I dont understand please help me
