Albums keep being deleted

Hello.
Since a week my albums keep being deleted. They start downloading again, only to be deleted again after a few hours.
I have deleted my offline devices and re-installed the app. But the albums still keep being deleted.

Is the spotify cache on an external SD card? If so, does this still happen if you move the cache to internal storage?

Same problem. I completely deleted the cache now. And started to download my albums again. Will see if tomorrow the albums are still there.

Didnt have to wait until tomorrow..... 😞
All the albums are gone again.......
And they are automaticly being downloaded again.

Hi. What have i done so far:
- moved cache from SD to inernal.
- deleted cache (sometimes not possible)
-formatted SD card (sometimes in another device because IT came out completely scr*wed)
- deleted All off-line devices.
- clean install
- install on device , not on SD.
And further All of the other tips I Read but a few Times each day All the albums are deleted.
I am all out of options now.

I am having the same problem. My library stays but all the downloads disapear. I have tried SD card and internal same problem. Very frustrating. Any suggestions? I am using an LG phone and downloading at highest quality level.
