All Songs not loading

All Songs not loading

Whenever i try to go on all Songs vor all Albums Spotify starts loading but nothing happens it is just loading but it doesn't show anything. I waited for at least 15 mins but nothing would show up.

That doesn't sound quite right.

Have you tried reinstalling your app? If not here's a step by step tutorial.

If I reinstall the app do I have to redownload the music I downloaded? I have Spotify premium and i downloaded almost 8 GB of Music.

Hi, @Nico, I'm having this same issue for some time and reinstalling ou restarting the app or my phone didn't work.

My podcast episodes list (inside my library) takes a lifetime to load, even on wi-fi.
I'm having this problem for quite a time, my android version is 8.0.0 and Spotify version 8.5.42.812.

Would you mind trying to log in to another device and check if the episodes will list properly? This will show you whether the issue is device-related. 

 

We also suggest you try your mobile phone under a different connection to check if the network might be causing this.

Hi Ivan,

I followed the help page you linked, but it didn't help, unfortunately.
Changing connection also doesn't work, but I can say that the desktop app
and web haven't shown this problem.

My boyfriend, who also has a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge has experienced similar
problems, but after an update (a long time ago) this ended and he enjoys
happily the app.

I'll try to use my account on another phone to see if it persists.

Did you manage to try this on another device? If so, what happened? 

 

Also, does this happens only when you try to load podcast episodes? Can you let us know if the app crashes when you attempt to load the episodes?

I've tried briefly using my Samsung galaxy snote 2014 and it worked well.
This problem doesn't occur all the time, but it bothers me when it does.

the app does nos crashes, but it tries to load forever, especially podcasts that aren't downloaded.
I'll keep an eye on my tablet and also reinstall the app on my smartphone to see if it gets better!

So, I haven't had any problems with my tablet app and also reinstalling the app seems to solve it. It does take a little to show the podcast list thou, but after 3s it shows.
I've cleaned everything, cache, configs, before properly deleting.
If the problem comes back, I'll let y'all know! Thanks for the help!
