All my albums have vanished, again.

About a week ago, I got to work and realized that my 200+ saved for offline albums had unsaved themselves. All my playlists were still there but all albums were gone. 

When I got home that night, I redownloaded those 200+ albums. The next morning, they were gone again. I've now done the process 6 times because I'm stubborn. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, updated my S8, removed update, etc. Every thing I can find in the tech help has failed to help. 

Looking for help here. I'm running the latest spotify on the latest update for the S8. Why am I paying for a service that's not offering me what I am paying For? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
